INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cups of Dates (chopped)
1/2 Cup of Almond Butter
3/4 Cup of Almonds
3/4 Cup of Cashews
1/2 Cup of Goji Berries
4 Tablespoons of Cacao Nibs
2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
3 Tablespoons of Shredded Coconut
1/3 Cup of Dark Chocolate (chopped)
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Sunny Green Organic Spirulina Powder
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until all ingredients are fully mixed and a paste-like texture begins to form.
Roll between hands to form 1.5-2" balls and place on parchment paper.
Refrigerate until firm and then store in an airtight container.
