Easy Matcha Ice Cream

Making ice cream can seem daunting and frankly not worth the effort. 

This sweet indulgence has only three simple ingredients: cream, condensed milk, and Sunny Green Matcha Tea Greens. AND, you don't need an ice cream maker. Our specialty blend leads with Organic Matcha, Organic Wheat Grass, and Organic Barley Grass! Everyone can splurge once in a while--especially when it's homemade!
  • 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Matcha Tea Greens (or more to taste)
    1. Beat cream in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks occur.
    2. In a separate large bowl, mix Matcha Tea Greens into the condensed milk. (For some additional all-natural green color, add 1 teaspoon of Sunny Green unflavored Liquid Chlorophyll ).
    3. Slowly and gently fold (don't mix) in condensed milk to the whipped cream until fully incorporated. Keep it light and airy. 
    4. Once fully mixed, transfer to a freezer-safe container, cover and put in the freezer until fully frozen.

    Now, how simple was that?
